The Loudoun Lyme 5K/1M 3rd Annual Run for Lyme will take place in Purcellville, Virginia on May 19th, 2013.  Not just another 5K, This 5K is a fun, interactive event for all ages and all fitness levels.

Funds raised will benefit National Capital Lyme Disease Association to help increase awareness, promote advocacy and support initiatives to find a cure for Lyme and  tick associated diseases.  Steve Gotschi, event organizer and owner of DryHome Roofing & Siding stated, “After seeing my wife and friends battle Lyme disease, I launched the Loudoun Lyme 5K/1M Event in 2011 to help fight back against Lyme.

The funds raised by the event will help broaden awareness of the disease, symptoms, various treatments, and help find a cure, for good.  Please join us for our 3rd Annual Event!”
