University Life, in partnership with Student Health, is sponsoring its 20th annual Health and Wellness Expo on Thursday, March 31, 2016, 10:00 am-3:00 pm. The expo is held on the Fairfax campus in the Johnson Center Dewberry Hall.

The Health and Wellness Expo is a popular event attended by more than 2,000 participants, featuring interactive health education activities, participatory demonstrations, and fitness instruction and challenges. This event is free, open to the public, and promotes health, wellness, fitness, and disease prevention while introducing faculty, staff, affiliates, and students to resources in the community that can help them lead healthier lives.
